Once your order is shipped, your credit card or online check information is removed from our database and cannot be accessed by anyone for any reason. If you pay by credit card, the charges on your credit card statement will read as originating from “Dized Group” and will include a toll-free number, as required. Credit card numbers and personal information are destroyed after your ordered product is successfully shipped.
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as “Dized Group” and will not contain any reference to the contents of the box.. Once you’ve placed an order with us, you will receive two email messages if you provided a valid email address with your order. The first email confirms your order for future reference; the second email includes important shipping information, including a FedEx or USPS tracking number. If we have difficulty processing your order or there are complications related to shipping and delivering your package, you may under these circumstances receive an email contact or attempts may be made to reach you by phone. HOWEVER, all customer service representatives are trained to and will identify themselves as representatives of “Dized Group” and will disclose the reason for the contact only to the person whose name appears on the placed order. Furthermore, representatives will never leave a voice message (unless you have given prior verbal or written consent during a previous contact). From time to time we may send out promotions to existing customers.
