Breguet Traditional Watches
The ‘Tradition’ collection of Breguet pays a tribute to the first ever watch that was made by Abraham-Louis Breguet keeping the classic design as the main theme. These watches exhibit a skeleton design and it empowers people to see the ‘behind the curtain’ complex movements instead of a designer dial base. Breguet always maintains the higher frequency titanium and symmetry both on the dial.
Breguet introduced its show-stopper 7077 La Tradition Chronograph in 2015. It was a gorgeous modernization of the traditional Breguet brand. This gave an entirely new look for the brand as well as new functionality, incorporated with two extra buttons for ‘pause’ and ‘reverse’ facilities. Breguet Tradition watches are actually far from any other simple timepiece that only tells time. This is all about an idea of a superior micromachine in encapsulation. No doubt it is the pinnacle of watchmaking.
The all-new Breguet la Tradition 7077 is a technical innovation that is encased in 18-carat white gold and is also available in 18 carats Rose gold with a delicately shaped round case.It has a sapphire crystal case back.
Breguet Tradition is 3 bar (30m) water resistant with 44mm diameter.
The watch has 2 separate gear trains. One is for timekeeping and the other one is for chronograph functions. The spring that is used here is a new kind of spring that is a flexed blade one based on a similar one that is found in one of the earlier pocket watches. It also has a special balance wheel for the chronograph titanium along with a shining and open-ended curling leather strap. The Breguet la Tradition has 55 hours of power reserve and the power reserve indicators for monitoring the state of wind in the mainspring.
The Breguet Tradition 7077 timepiece will cost about $78,900 USD for 18K rose gold and $79,700 USD for 18K white gold.
